The seller reports this 2021 OUTLAW 38KB to be in very good condition and says all maintenance is current. There are a few areas where the paint finish has been scraped by normal wear and tear. We photographed each scrape we noticed as seen in the photos. All minor. As is typical of this generation of RVS, some areas of the vinyl seating surfaces have prematurely worn. We photographed each area we noticed as seen in the photos. There is one area where a portion of the wood lattice inset on a cabinet door is damaged. Again, please refer to the photos of this area. The RV was used in a highly managed rental fleet and received excellent maintenance. It is believed that all mechanical and electrical components operate properly. Other than described above, there are no known issues and no known needed repairs to any features or accessories. The interior and exterior are clean and well-maintained. Twin A/C units are quiet and efficient and work as they should. There are no known issues with any appliances, electrical, water pipes, plumbing, etc. The vinyl coverings on the furniture and driver/passenger chairs exhibit the very typical peeling, very common with these models. The roof looks good (see pics and video). The exterior paint and graphics look really great except for a small area confined to the pull-up cover for the front located ONAN 6000W diesel generator. Our seller keeps the seating areas covered for that reason. Wood cabinetry is well-made and pleasing to the eye. The residential refrigerator-freezer is super clean. The convection microwave is large! The three-burner propane stove has not been used much at all. The massive slide in the living room kitchen area gives this area a comfortable and spacious feel.
