3/4 of the exterior is really pretty. It has a great paint scheme and is in good condition, though the driver's rear side has sustained heat damage. See pics. The right rear side and back show evidence of paint damage caused by a bonfire, which was on the RV when the current seller purchased it. The majority of the paint/clear coat appears to be repairable. There are a few areas where the fiberglass appears to have been warped by heat. However, the function and overall integrity of the RV does not appear to be affected. Important Update: The owner has already begun the process of professionally repairing the exterior heat damage described earlier. This will be a positive impact on the value. As soon as the refinish project is completed I will take new photos and post them to the online description. The seller reports this 2021 OUTLAW 38KB to be in very good condition and says all maintenance is current. There are a few areas where the paint finish has been scraped by normal wear and tear. We photographed each scrape we noticed as seen in the photos. All minor. As is typical of this generation of RVS, some areas of the vinyl seating surfaces have prematurely worn. We photographed each area we noticed as seen in the photos. There is one area where a portion of the wood lattice inset on a cabinet door is damaged. Again, please refer to the photos of this area. The RV was used in a highly managed rental fleet and received excellent maintenance. It is believed that all mechanical and electrical components operate properly. Twin A/C units are quiet and efficient and work as they should. There are no known issues with any appliances, electrical, water pipes, plumbing, etc. The vinyl coverings on the furniture and driver/passenger chairs exhibit the very typical peeling, very common with these models. The roof looks good (see pics and video). The exterior paint and graphics look really great except for a small area confined to the pull-up cover for the front located ONAN 6000W diesel generator. Stock #375800 2015 Thor Palazzo 36.1 with two slide-outs! Overall this RV is impressive......very clean. Found no issues with the RV inside or out. The tires are less than two years old and do not show wear. The tire date is 3621 (36th week of 2021). The tires appear to be very lightly used. Stock #341249 Tasteful design, style, value and preferred amenities to ensure your experiences are comfortable and loads of fun. This very lightly used TRANSCEND is super clean and tidy. The current owner is the first owner. Inside are some great features......the rear-located bathroom is very large and roomy and has a sliding barn-style door for privacy. The living/dining area is spacious and very adequate. You will notice the reclining sofa, which folds out to a very comfortable position. Not technically a sleeper sofa, but definitely wonderful for a relaxing nap! The lower cargo doors on driver's side have been damaged. They are fully operable but need dent damage repaired and repainted. The upper sidewall on the rear passenger side has been scraped and needs mild repair and repaint. The front generator compartment cover is badly checked and needs to be smoothed and repainted. The front tires are Michelin which are 9 years old. The rear tires are GOODYEAR which look pretty fresh but are six years old. Buyers should consider replacing all tires. The automatic entry steps were not operational. The seller believes that the sensor solenoid, which activates the auto-steps, needs replacing. The interior is good, and all appliances work. Residential Side by Side Refrigerator Freezer with Ice maker is in good condition. The interior could use a good detailing. Basically, the RV has not been driven since 2020 and is stored under a large steel-enclosed garage. The real side-to-side mud flap is slightly bent. The exterior needs the repairs previously noted and a very good detail. The CUMMINS engine started right up and runs smoothly. The seller starts the engine at 2-week intervals and lets it run for 30 minutes or longer.
