The interior of this 2007 Diplomat is much cleaner and cared for than expected for an older coach. The interior is clean and does not show signs of excessive wear or tear. The current owner replaced the carpet and tile recently. There are no cooking, pet, or smoking odors. There are no signs of water leaks or mold or mildew odors. The exterior is clean and one can tell that it has been well maintained. There are no obvious signs of body damage. The seller states that all components work as intended. The seller is unaware of any issues with the RV and believes all amenities are operating as they should. The RV was fully serviced in Oct 2023 and was found in good condition. AQUA HOT operates very well. In the past 3 years, the seller replaced all the roof A/C units with heat-pumps. Two of the three A/C units were replaced within the past 18 months or so. The 10,000ks ONAN diesel generator starts up immediately and operates quietly. The front located generator is pushbotton operated and the generator compartment opens and closes also by pushbutton. No leaks ever...the engine performs very well. Tires were installed a couple of years ago...tire date code 2221. These quality GOODYEAR tires have less than 3000 miles of use. Exterior paint finishes overall are better than expected. The rear engine cover paint shows areas of burnishing which appears to be in the clear coat only. The right rear corner has areas of minor damage and some paint scarring, again appearing to be limited to clear coat. Some areas of paint abnormalities on the rt rear of the RV that you cannot see unless you observe closely. We provided numerous "un-retouched" high resolution photos and video of these areas where the paint and/or clearcoat finish shows blemish. Stock #294938 LOW MILES! less than 3000 miles on tires...fully serviced late 2023. Built on the rock-solid ROADMASTER chassis, this DYNASTY KING by MONACO is the epitome of elegance and engineering excellence. It features a 10,000 lb trailer receiver with a 7/4 way trailer plug.
