The seller reports this 2021 OUTLAW 38KB to be in very good condition and says all maintenance is current. There are a few areas where the paint finish has been scraped by normal wear and tear. We photographed each scrape we noticed as seen in the photos. All minor. As is typical of this generation of RVS, some areas of the vinyl seating surfaces have prematurely worn. The lower cargo doors on driver's side have been damaged. They are fully operable but need dent damage repaired and repainted. The upper sidewall on the rear passenger side has been scraped and needs mild repair and repaint. The front generator compartment cover is badly checked and needs to be smoothed and repainted. The front tires are Michelin which are 9 years old. The rear tires are GOODYEAR which look pretty fresh but are six years old. Buyers should consider replacing all tires. The automatic entry steps were not operational. The seller believes that the sensor solenoid, which activates the auto-steps, needs replacing. The interior is good, and all appliances work. Residential Side by Side Refrigerator Freezer with Ice maker is in good condition. The interior could use a good detailing. Basically, the RV has not been driven since 2020 and is stored under a large steel-enclosed garage. The real side-to-side mud flap is slightly bent. The exterior needs the repairs previously noted and a very good detail. The CUMMINS engine started right up and runs smoothly. The seller starts the engine at 2-week intervals and lets it run for 30 minutes or longer. The seller reports this 2021 OUTLAW 38KB to be in very good condition and says all maintenance is current. There are a few areas where the paint finish has been scraped by normal wear and tear. We photographed each scrape we noticed as seen in the photos. All minor. As is typical of this generation of RVS, some areas of the vinyl seating surfaces have prematurely worn.
