The seller reports this 2021 OUTLAW 38KB to be in very good condition and says all maintenance is current. There are a few areas where the paint finish has been scraped by normal wear and tear. We photographed each scrape we noticed as seen in the photos. All minor. As is typical of this generation of RVS, some areas of the vinyl seating surfaces have prematurely worn. We photographed each area we noticed as seen in the photos. There is one area where a portion of the wood lattice inset on a cabinet door is damaged. Again, please refer to the photos of this area. The RV was used in a highly managed rental fleet and received excellent maintenance. It is believed that all mechanical and electrical components operate properly. Other than described above, there are no known issues and no known needed repairs to any features or accessories. The interior and exterior are clean and well-maintained. The seller says there is very little wear and says any maintenance or repairs were taken care of promptly. The motorhome had all six tires just replaced and has always been fully serviced, so it is ready to hit the road. Reason for selling is not in use.
