3/4 of the exterior is really pretty. It has a great paint scheme and is in good condition, though the driver's rear side has sustained heat damage. See pics. The right rear side and back show evidence of paint damage caused by a bonfire, which was on the RV when the current seller purchased it. The majority of the paint/clear coat appears to be repairable. There are a few areas where the fiberglass appears to have been warped by heat. However, the function and overall integrity of the RV does not appear to be affected. Important Update: The owner has already begun the process of professionally repairing the exterior heat damage described earlier. This will be a positive impact on the value.
