2011 Open Range Open Range , Up for sale is our 2011 Open Range 413RLL. This RV is perfect for any family, or grandparents who like to spend time with their grandkids! With four large slides, 41 feet in length, this unit has nearly 400 square feet of space! There is more storage than you'll need, and everyone will be comfortable on vacation in here. We actually purchased this unit over the summer, with intention of full timing, but unfortunately my job is being transferred overseas. That's why it's priced so low- it needs to GO! Keep in mind, this is a used unit, it's not perfect. But we're not trying to hide anything either! This is really the absolute best RV we found after a long search, and we know you won't be disappointed! Some other features to consider: The bunkhouse! It has a sofa that pull down to a bed, with a bunk over it. It also has a loft, with is fantastic. There is a "regular" closet, as well as a water closet (toilet with small sink). Perfect for the kids and all their things. The living area has an extendable table for indoor eating. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, to include an island on wheels. The fridge is four door, and the the microwave is a new stainless steel, Samsung. The freezer and fridge are good size. We can fit over 28 pounds of ground beef, 6 chickens plus more in them! Corian countertops. Flatscreen TV with surround sound. Four overhead storage compartments (that are large) plus many cabinets. The sofa is a pull out bed. The master bathroom has a tub. The electric water heater makes some HOT water, and the water pressure is great. You won't need any new shower heads in there! The master bedroom has a king bed (rare for an RV) with storage underneath, washer and dryer hookup, large closet, dresser & even more storage than you could even use! Also, 4 propane tanks, huge basement storage, auto leveling, auto awning, ice cold AC (we call it the snowblower) and electric heat that works well- so good you won't have to waste your propane trying to heat in the winter! 40 gallon fresh water tank, two grey tanks & two black tanks (40 gallons each).
