The outside of the unit is in good condition with no visible defects or damage to note. All appliances are in good condition, as per the owner. There are no issues listed with any mechanical parts. 3/1/2024: Humidity has caused some of the interior trim pieces to come apart again. New pictures are in the listing. A small leak was recently discovered near the vent in March. The condensation caused the cabinets and doors to expand and split open. As of 10/11/23 the seller states repairs have been made and the roof has been sealed. The unit is now ready for showings. Previous Cruise America rental RV. The seller states all systems work as they should currently. The prior service history is most likely not available as it was a rental. Cruise America does a full service and inspection before the sale. The current sellers have only owned for (4) months. The seller just purchased and installed new COOPER tires on Jan 26, 2024. As shown in the photos, the new tire date codes are 5323. Also shown in the photos, the extra set of special steel studded snow tires are dated 2022, manufactured by HAKKAPELITTA. All told this set of snow tires has approximately 4500 miles of use per the seller. The engine and generator were recently serviced. The oil used in both is AMSOIL and MOBILE 1. This RV has a history of frequent lubrication and filter changes. The roof is white as snow and properly sealed (see pictures). The seller purchased a new front roof vent cover and will install it shortly. No known issues. One look up close, and you will be impressed. Stock #352441 2015 Thor Majestic 28A! Recent upgrades! New tires Jan 2024, and a second set of steel studded snow tires are also included. Many RV people prefer less complicated vehicles that are reliable, reasonable to maintain, and trouble-free.
