The condition of this Palazzo is good for the age. The full body paint is in good condition but does have various scrapes and scuffs, which you might be able to buff out. The rear AC was replaced one year ago and the residential refrigerator was replaced in March 2023. The tire age is unknown at this time but appears to be at least five years old. Two of the five batteries have an age stamp of 5/21. The others appear to be in good condition. The upholstery on the captain and passenger chairs are showing wear. Twin A/C units are quiet and efficient and work as they should. There are no known issues with any appliances, electrical, water pipes, plumbing, etc. The vinyl coverings on the furniture and driver/passenger chairs exhibit the very typical peeling, very common with these models. The roof looks good (see pics and video). The exterior paint and graphics look really great except for a small area confined to the pull-up cover for the front located ONAN 6000W diesel generator. Stock #375800 2015 Thor Palazzo 36.1 with two slide-outs! Bath and a half! ********************** CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER ********************** This well-maintained PALAZZO 36.1 is a popular choice among CLASS A owners. Well maintained and routinely serviced, this CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER RV is sure to please. Typical of THOR models of this year range, the vinyl upholstery is peeling. Our seller keeps the seating areas covered for that reason. Wood cabinetry is well-made and pleasing to the eye. The residential refrigerator-freezer is super clean. The overall condition of this vehicle is very good to excellent for the year. The exterior finishes are very good; the clear coat is in very nice shape and better than most for a 2014. The slides have been redone with new tracks and motors and function well. No issues are reported with the roof, and the tires have approximately 10k miles on them. The interior is also very nice; the front seats have been recovered and look like new. There is minor wear throughout, but above average for the year, and the generator only shows 231 hours over nine years.
