Twin A/C units are quiet and efficient and work as they should. There are no known issues with any appliances, electrical, water pipes, plumbing, etc. The vinyl coverings on the furniture and driver/passenger chairs exhibit the very typical peeling, very common with these models. The roof looks good (see pics and video). The exterior paint and graphics look really great except for a small area confined to the pull-up cover for the front located ONAN 6000W diesel generator. Stock #375800 This RV was SOLD on April 26. This well-maintained PALAZZO 36.1 is a popular choice among CLASS A owners. Well maintained and routinely serviced, this CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER RV is sure to please. Typical of THOR models of this year range, the vinyl upholstery is peeling. Our seller keeps the seating areas covered for that reason. Wood cabinetry is well-made and pleasing to the eye. The residential refrigerator-freezer is super clean. The convection microwave is large! The three-burner propane stove has not been used much at all. The massive slide in the living room kitchen area gives this area a comfortable and spacious feel. The front electric drop-down bed has a full-size mattress. Combined with the convertible sofa/sleeper and convertible dinette sleeper, these areas provide sleeping for 6. The rear-located master bedroom has a queen bed in the rear slide. The master bathroom has a good-sized shower, vanity, lots of storage, and a locking privacy door. Also included is the washer/dryer with closet doors, which is located across the hall from the convenient 1/2 bath. There is a new TCL flatscreen TV in the living room area. The large outside storage bay features a sliding tray for easy access to items from either side of the coach. Wheel/Tire covers are kept in the front-right storage bay. A very large power-actuated awning makes a nice addition to the outside patio area.
