The ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, living, and bathrooms shine and do not show any signs of cracks or potential damage.
All of the detailing in hardwood Cherry cabinetry throughout the coach is in such great condition it attests to the high-quality material and workmanship of Monaco Signature Series Coaches.
The owner installed four new air conditioning units within the last two years simply because one was out. While that work was being done, the roof was checked and resealed. There are no leaks or evidence of leaks. The leather interior ceilings are securely fastened, uniform in color, and soft and supple.
A washer/dryer stacked in the back bathroom has been used sparingly; it works and looks new.
Two-stage engine brakes, power window awnings. The slide-out room topper and two power patio and entrance awnings work perfectly and are in excellent condition. The Aladdin System, GPS, Aqua Hot, 50 amp power cord reel, electric pass-thru storage cargo bay trays, water manifold, power water hose reel, fiberglass roof with a ladder, solar panel, 10K lb. tow capacity upgraded hitch with monitoring and brake system are all showing to be working correctly.
