The condition is very good for the age. It has been lived in, and most of the interior has been replaced or refurbished. The sofa sleeper is recently new, the dinette was reupholstered, and the table is new. The floor is replaced with waterproof vinyl planks. Looks very nice and updated. The faucets and the kitchen sink are recently new. The tire age code is 1113. They are original Michelin tires that show signs of cracking but are outside the normal range of use. The batteries have no age code but appear to be in good working order. The full body paint is good for the age.
