This 2011 Southwind shows well. It is clean and appears to be very well maintained. The full body paint makes a beautiful look. It does some peeling on the flexsteel front captains chairs, which have been covered with nice seat covers. The clear coat on the roof is peeling. The chrome on the outside mirrors shows signs of peeling or oxidation. Stock #369118 2011 Fleetwood Southwind 36D with two slide-outs! Seller reports recently replaced with a newer compressor on the forward overhead rooftop air conditioner. The engine is a Maxxforce V8 6.4 liters turbocharged diesel with an Alison 1000MH 6-speed transmission; Torque 560 ft-lbs. The awning was observed in functional and operational condition, with no tears observed at the time of the visit. Small and minor exterior fiberglass damage at the front and rear of the driver's side; there no breaching of waterproofing to the interior.
