This unit has normal wear and tear. The exterior paint and body are also in good shape for the age; no issues to report. There are no smells. The only obvious issue is seen in the ceiling. Water intrusion from an air conditioner cover that had blown off, and rainwater seeped in. It is limited to just around the A/Cs. The carpeting is faded but in decent condition. This is a great family motorhome. The opposing slides open to make a generous living area. Lots of storage area inside and out. This model has one air conditioner, automatic jacks, a gas oven and microwave. The Ford V-10 engine gives it lots of power to climb mountains to out of the way places. An outdoor shower is great for those beach vacations. Sleeps 4-6 people when you convert the dinette into a bed and use the pull out couch. Features a Norcold fridge/freezer and Guardian RV generator. The pictures were taken with the slides in. Each slide pulls out about 18" to create lots of room for an air mattress for a bigger sleeper or an extra table for prepping food or eating when there are more than 4.
