2001 Monaco EXECUTIVE, 47800 miles, This coach was custom built by Monaco for an investor who selected his choice of features from the Signature and Executive models. The interior and exterior were hand picked feature-by-feature. The original owner designed the coach to live on the road for a year while continuing his stock trading business. I have owned it since 2005 (initially titled by my investment company and transferred to me in 2007). The coach was custom built by Monaco using hand-picked components from the Executive and Signature models (notice it has the Signature paint, interior cabinets and shower). Im pricing my coach at $95,000 $89,000 cash. This is well below the average NADA price for a 2001 Monaco Executive not counting more than $100,000 in custom work and upgrades on this coach. The price includes a $2,000 credit at RV Specialists in San Diego to cover any cosmetic or repair work that you may want within 30 days of sale. New, this coach would cost over $700,000 today. Comparable coaches have recently sold for $100,000 - $130,000 without the Signature components and custom upgrades. Most of the custom features either improve appearance or beef up functions (e.g., expanded solar power, upgraded house battery capacity, upgraded sound systems, custom furniture and fabric, etc.).
