The engine sounds great on this unit. Needs a little TLC that is mostly just some cosmetic issues and easy fixes. The ladder on the back needs to be bolted back in. This 2011 Knight by Monaco is in great condition. All the leather seats are showing well with no noticed cracking. It looks like it has been well-maintained. The outside also showed well, with the only damage being a paint scrape on the rear right side. This coach is in excellent condition. All features are in good condition and well maintained. The only issue noted is the arms on driver's seat do not fold down properly but it is an easy fix. Seller has owned her for the last 4 years and has done all his own standard maintenance. The tires look great, but are about 6 years old according to the date codes, which are a little misleading as you never know how long they sit on the dealers shelf. He has had to replace the in dash speedometer/driver message center at approximately 24,000 miles (he still has it) and the new one shows 21,000 miles. Seller states the only things not working properly that he knows about are the awning over the entry steps is not working, the dryer is not drying properly sometimes, and the inverter is acting up and working spottily.
