This unit was lightly used and is ready to hit the road! The tires are in great shape and the bed was recently replaced. The kitchen slide moves very slow and may need a new slide motor. There is some hail damage to the forward cap. The jewel of this floorplan is the huge living area, with opposing slides creating a very functional space! The kitchen features a L-shaped counter space giving ample prep area and plenty of cabinet storage. The dining table and chairs give plenty of space for four to enjoy meals together, or have flexible seating elsewhere. There is a large entertainment center complete with a stone lined fireplace that sits opposite the stadium recliners and next to a full sized sofa with a queen sleeper. Forward is a full bathroom and a very spacious bedroom. The bed is a fully walk-around queen bed, with shelves on either side for charging. There is a second TV in the bedroom above the chest of drawers. The closet is a large sliding closet and a second large hanging closet that has a W/D prep. Reason for selling is not using enough.

The tires are from 2018 and the propane cover is missing. The counter top in the kitchen is bubbled up and some of the LED lights are out. Several of the blinds don't work.
