The overall condition is good. The furniture is peeling as many of this year do. The seller has it covered with a blanket. The seller's dad had lived in it for a few months while his home was being rebuilt after a fire. Due to an eye condition, the seller disconnected the awning to prevent him from hitting the wrong button. It can be reconnected. The tires are original and will need to be replaced.
