Look no further; this 2018 Jay Flight SLX 265RLS by Jayco is a single-owner camper that is in very good condition and ready to hit the road! The unit features three sleeping areas - the master bed, a sleeper sofa, and the dinette that quickly converts into a third sleeping area if needed. The unit has two entrances, one in the rear living area and a second entrance into the master bedroom. The rear entrance was upgraded to solid pull-down steps. You will see the two recliners to your left when you enter the unit and the sleeper sofa and dinette on the wall with the large slideout. The slideout creates an open and inviting living area and provides good sight lines to the Entertainment Center, which features a large flat-screen TV and Stereo / DVD player system with additional cabinet space below the TV. The galley is fully functional with a microwave, hood fan/vent/light, over the 3-burner stove, gas oven, double kitchen sink, and a refrigerator/freezer - each with its own door. There is a pantry cabinet to the right of the refrigerator and lots of cabinet space above and below the laminate countertops. The bathroom is a full-width layout with an angled doorway from the living area to the bathroom and a second doorway to the master bedroom beyond the bathroom. The bathroom features a large corner step-in shower with a bathroom sink with an upgraded medicine cabinet and mirror over the sink and a second cabinet space below the sink. The toilet is on the opposite side of the bathroom and has a linen cabinet above and behind the toilet. The master bedroom features a pedestal queen bed with storage below and overhead cabinets and wardrobe closets on both sides of the bed. The second entrance/exit is via the doorway from the bedroom, as previously mentioned. Outside, the unit has a large 18-foot power awning that allows you to extend the fun outdoors at the campsite at the touch of a button. The unit has a large pass-through storage space that goes the full width of the camper with access from either side. The tongue has a power tongue jack that makes setup and breakdown quick and easy - the two propane tanks have a plastic rock guard, and behind the propane tanks is the house battery that is always kept on a trickle charger when not in use. The seller includes the weight distribution hitch and bars system, a wireless backup camera and monitor, and all the usual power cords, hoses, and adapters needed to hit the road right from the start.
