The Bungalow appears to be in very good condition. At the time of my visit it had been winterized the ability to check all of the functions was limited. All of the lights and other 12-volt electrical items functioned properly, including the slides and the awning. The seller reports that all of the appliances are in good condition and function properly. Additional heat tape has been added to the drains for year-round use. A heated water hose and other items are included making this a true turn-key sale. Unit is Solar and backup camera preped. The sliding glass door entry brings you into the Bungalow - look to the right and see the kitchen and living room; looking left, you see the master bedroom and the stairs to the loft. The kitchen has an 18 cu ft residential-style refrigerator with an ice maker, a freestanding 4-burner gas range, and an oven. The kitchen island has a large double basin sink with a pullout sprayer. The kitchen has two pantries, four storage drawers, under-counter storage, and overhead storage. You also have a free-standing dining table with four chairs. The master bedroom has a walk-around residential queen bed (60X80 Inch) and two wardrobe closets; one has the washer and dryer prep. The Master also has a separate entry door. Above the master is the loft. There are two twin-size bed mats, a nightstand, a small wardrobe, and a countertop space with a 110-volt outlet and cable TV hookup. The living room has a ceiling fan, two recliners, a hide-a-bed, an electric fireplace with thermostatic controls, and a nice entertainment center with a premium sound system that includes a CD/DVD player, MP3 inputs, and Bluetooth. The light on the hitch isn't currently working but not sure why. In the half bath, the paneling is pulling away from the wall. But other than those two seem very well maintained. Please feel free to call with any questions. Stock #350966 Jaco 29BHDB.Great family camper. Large bunkhouse 1 1/2 bath. It is in great shape. Bought brand new and they have taken good care of it. This 2018 Jay Flight 29 BHDB by Jayco is a great unit for family or friends. It hosts a bath and a half. Outdoor kitchen to enjoy the outdoors and each other. Both of which are only a couple of the seller's favorite features. The master bedroom is up front with a walk-around queen size bed just off the full bathroom. It also has double bed bunks to add four campers, and each bunk has a plug-in to give you the ability to charge your phone. Dinette is U-shaped so everyone can sit and eat. The kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Another favorite feature is the large amount of space you have to relax. The seller did remove the sleeper sofa and replaced it with theater seating recliners. For all your electronics, this RV has a charging station to help you keep everything up and running. Reason for selling is not using enough.
