45 ft. Franklin Heritage Fifth Wheel for sale. It has 5 slides and 2 bedrooms and 3 axles. The tires, battery, stove/oven, the black tank and the toilet with sprayer were replaced when we purchased the fifth wheel 1 year ago. New kitchen faucet and we added a faucet with filtered water to the sink. New mattress's for both bedrooms. There is a dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer and even a fireplace which does produce heat if needed! There are 4 chairs not pictured that go with the table. The white cabinets in the kitchen area can stay if needed. We have towed this fifth wheel only 2 times since we have had it and it towed just fine. We have a transferable warranty that is good for 2 more years for this fifth wheel. The price is firm as this is the remaining balance. This won't last long so call today!

This is a 2006 Franklin 5 th wheel with 3 slides. It is 42 ft long. This camper has great features like an extra wide entrance door, a full size refrigerator with full size freezer, double sink, gas stove with 4 burners, microwave, washer dryer, CD player, and electric fire place. The bathroom has a shower tub combination with a built in seat. There is plenty of storage room inside this camper take note of all the cabinets and drawers in the pictures. All of the furniture is real furniture note the kitchen table with chairs. The couches convert easily (2 clicks) to full size beds with coil spring mattress built in (plenty of storage under both couches as well). The master has a full size bed that is a real box spring and mattress. Bedroom has a full size closet with plenty of room to hang clothes. There is an additional large storage area on the outside behind 5th wheel. It has a fiberglass hull, three axle with all new tires, awning, two air conditioners and gas heat.
