The exterior is faded from the sun and the graphics show their age. The interior is very clean and shows no signs of water intrusion. The roof was redone five years ago, and the batteries were recently replaced. There is a crack on one fender cover that was repaired. The tires are in good condition and appear to be fairly new. The sellers are the original owners; this is custom-ordered, and smoke-free. The sellers recently replaced the 10-gallon water heater, both AC units with heat pumps, and the fabric on the slide toppers. This is in great condition. The only flaws found are the recliners--the material is peeling, a scratch on the base of the extended countertop, and a scratch on the rear exterior, as shown in the photos.
