The sellers are the original owners; this is custom-ordered, and smoke-free.
The sellers recently replaced the 10-gallon water heater, both AC units with heat pumps, and the fabric on the slide toppers.
This is in great condition. The only flaws found are the recliners--the material is peeling, a scratch on the base of the extended countertop, and a scratch on the rear exterior, as shown in the photos.
The tire date codes are 0621.
The seller had the rubber roof resealed in 2023.
