The sellers are the original owners; this is custom-ordered, and smoke-free.
The sellers recently replaced the 10-gallon water heater, both AC units with heat pumps, and the fabric on the slide toppers.
This is in great condition. The only flaws found are the recliners--the material is peeling, a scratch on the base of the extended countertop, and a scratch on the rear exterior, as shown in the photos.
The tire date codes are 0621.
The seller had the rubber roof resealed in 2023.

Interior upgrades include cherry cabinetry throughout, a central vacuum system, a Splendide stacked washer/dryer, a fireplace, stainless steel appliances including a 4-door refrigerator/freezer and a microwave/convection oven, a satellite dish with auto seek, MCD Day-Night roller shades, and a 2000-watt inverter/battery charger.
There's plenty of exterior upgrades as well, like full
body paint (including end-walls of slides), slide toppers on all three slide-outs, a hydraulic leveling system, generator prep, twin 40lb propane tanks, a keypad entry door lock, and front jack stabilizers.
