Trailer is in good condition. Total mileage is estimated to be less than 6000. Only owned by non-smokers. Has a heat pump, washer and dryer combo and a king size bed up front. The trailer is very solid and stable. It does not leak. The main ceiling is free of any water spots. There is a section on the ceiling of one of the slides that got wet when some water got past the seal during a very windy rain storm. It has not happened since and has long since dried, however, it left a mark on the ceiling. The dry weight is 13,460 lbs. Everything except the microwave works. The things that prevented me from listing the condition as excellent are pretty minor but I did not want to mislead anybody: a crack in the grey plastic wheel skirt, the switch for the rear stabilizer jacks needs a new face plate, there is a short scrape on the driver side rear (performed by a dealer!), and a roughly two foot section on the bottom front needs to be recaulked. Other than that it is in pretty good shape. I would not hesitate to load it up and take it cross country, which is what we were originally intending to do. It also comes with a 100 lb. propane tank (in addition to the 2-30 lb bottles), a set of platform stairs that can be easily assembled/disassembled, a small deep freezer and some other odds and ends. I can also include a nearly new B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch for an additional $500. Title is clear. Low book value is over $29,000. We are asking $20,000. The truck in the photo is also for sale and could possibly be combined for a package deal. It is a low mileage 2013 Chevrolet 3500 4x4 dually with the Duramax diesel.
