This 2014 Redwood 38GK is in truly excellent condition. It shows typical south Florida sun fading of the decals and one area on the front cap with some clear coat peeling, typical of south Florida RVs. The rest of the exterior is in far above average condition with the RV having been professionally cleaned, polished, and waxed annually since new. The awnings are all clean and work perfectly. One slide top awning was recently replaced. The interior of this RV is as close to flawless as you will get in a 10 year old model. Everything works as it should.
The seller reports that the roof has never suffered any leaks since new and has been re-caulked regularly.

The bedroom has a king bed with pillowtop mattress as its centerpiece. A huge closet is at the forward end of the bedroom with a sink opposite and a full length mirror behind the door. The slide-within-a-slide configuration opens this room up to be extra large and extra comfy, a true oasis.
