The local and visiting consultant was overall impressed with the lay-out and interior and exterior condition of the unit. The full body paint was clean and shiny for this age unit. The unit is protected from the elements and sun under very large car-port style roof. There are a few areas that will need to be addressed or repaired. This unit is being sold by the second owner. The unit is smoke-free and animal-free. The unit was very clean and showed well. All interested buyers, the rocking chair and the kitchen table and chairs are not included with the purchase of the 5th. The 36FL model offers a lot of space for a unit under 40ft. Also, with the Redwood manufacture this is a unit that was built to last. This specific unit has been modified in some areas by the owner, they used the unit to live in for a period of time. The rear bedroom, served as a bedroom for their two young children and the slide that would have housed the bed was made into a single bed space. This area was also painted and shows well.
