The unit is in great shape, and the owner reports all systems are operating. There is space for a washer/dryer. There don't appear to be any issues regarding the condition of the Montana except it's great! Stock #316375 2019 Montana by Keystone very well maintained. Self-leveling, full size fridge, fireplace, washer/dryer hook up, ambient lighting. This is a great example of the 2019 Montana 3121RL. Its single owner has kept it in beautiful condition both inside and out. Walking around its exterior, the condition shows no scratches, dents, or dings. The tires are in great shape. The roof is well-seated and appears completely seated at its edges. Entering through the exterior door with a full-screen door, turning right, puts you in the short hallway to the master bedroom. Halfway there is the bathroom with a toilet, full shower, sink, vanity, and mirror. The bedroom has an upgraded king-sized bed, a full hanging closet behind two sliding doors with mirrors, a small dresser, and a TV...quite a large TV! Turning left puts you into a great kitchen, dining, and lounging area. There's no visible damage to any of the exterior. The interior looks great! The carpet and flooring are in good condition. All furniture and appliances look great. The water mix valve in the washing machine needed to be replaced. Other than that (was just repaired), the owners indicate that all of the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems work great. The AC system, heat and central vacuum also work great. After a recent showing, the buyer reported the following: There was water standing in the carpet in the bunkhouse, water leaking from the light fixtures, a soft spot in the floor and smelled musty. Per the seller, everything is in the coach to complete the work started. A blow-out damaged the wheel well under one slide. The fifth wheel is in very good condition. She has only been used twice, and everything works as it should. The batteries and tires are original but have less than two years. I saw no scratches, dents, blemishes, or sun damage on the exterior. On the interior, the furniture shows no signs of wear. Stock #307540 Immaculate condition Keystone Montana, only camped in a couple of times with no problems. Solar panels and generator. This 2021 Keystone Montana 3790RD was purchased and used only two times. Everything observed was in excellent condition. What a great layout with the rear living area, awesome stadium recliners, and two sleeper sofas. The fireplace not only looks great, but it puts out an additional 5,000 BTUs during football weather. The kitchen has a residential refrigerator freezer, a microwave convection oven, and a standard oven to help you handle a crowd of hungry friends and family. This Montana fifth wheel shows in excellent condition. The seller is the second owner and purchased it back in the Fall of 2021. He is selling because he has only used it a handful of times.
