Looking for a Montana 377FL (Front Living) Fifth Wheel? Look no further--this 2022 Montana 377FL by Keystone is loaded with features that make it great for full-time living or your upcoming adventures on the road.
The layout includes four slides, the front living area (with opposing sleeper sofas), a large flat-screen TV with Bluetooth Stereo System, and an electric fireplace that can be used for heating or just ambiance. The cabinetry throughout the RV provides lots of storage and gives you that home-away-from-home feel to make living here easy and comfortable.
The front living area also includes two power recliners facing the entertainment center.
The center area features the galley and dining area, with a standalone dining table with seating for four, Solid-Surface Countertops throughout the unit, and lots of cabinet space above and below the countertops. The stainless steel appliances include the large residential three-door refrigerator-freezer, microwave, three-burner stovetop with glass cooktop cover, and gas oven below. The large double kitchen sink is also stainless steel and has matching covers.
The unit has two roof-mounted AC units (15,000 BTU Ducted) that will keep you nice and cool on the hottest of days. The main living area also has a 16,500 BTU heat pump. The furnace is a 35,000 BTU system that will keep the unit warm on the coldest of nights. The RV is rated for Four-Season Living and has been tested and approved for 0-degree usage.
The unit also has a second exterior entrance--just across from the full bathroom, which features a skylight over the step-in shower with a corner seat, a cabinet-based sink with a medicine cabinet above and additional cabinet space below the countertop, and, of course, the toilet.
The steps up to the large loft provide additional sleeping space. It has storage cabinets, its own lighting, and is wired for a TV if desired.
The master bedroom is private and features a King-sized bed with storage below, a wall cabinet prepped for a combo clothes washer/dryer unit, and a large sliding-door wardrobe with mirrors. The dresser at the foot of the bed provides additional storage space.
Outside, the large power patio awning allows you to have fun outdoors. All four slide-outs have slide toppers to keep debris off of the slide units.
There is a full-width exterior storage bay near the front and another storage area behind the fifth-wheel hitch. The Inverter and batteries are also located here.
All of the RV systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the unit - power, water systems, propane, sewer, and auto-leveling. The seller has an Anderson Hitch System that will go with the RV, and the second propane tank (not shown in the photos) will be re-installed prior to any inspection.
