Per the seller, all features, appliances, and systems work as they should. It is very clean inside and out, including the underbelly. The hydraulic system shows no evidence of any leaks. There is a tear on the patio awning, as shown in the photos. It was too windy to extend either awning fully. The tear may be repairable. The exterior shows no wear or cracking on any graphics. There may be some minor oxidation, but cleaning and waxing should take care of that. Movers dented the new residential refrigerator. It is cosmetic and is shown in the photos.
