We have really enjoyed this fifth wheel. It is truly a home away from home. Large fridge, satellite, dual AC units, and tankless hot water system really make this unit hard to let go. 2014 Forest River Cedar Creek 38FLWe are not a dealer!!! We are the original owners of this camper and it is excellent condition.  It has every option that is availble and is ready to start the season.  We were only able to use it about 6 times over the last two years.   We are getting out of camping to put our daughter through collage so we will include everyting in the camper from the linens and towels, pots and pans, folding tables, hoses, eletricial cords, even tools and supplies(several thousands of dollars worth). A hitch can be thrown in too (mount is for a 2013 Chevrolet. This unit has fully automatic leveling (6 Point) with remote control.  We can deliver if needed, but a deposit would need to be made in advance.  Availble to show just about anytime.  Title will be delivered within 7 days of sale. The Cedar Creek 38RL from Forest River offers five slide outs, front living and entry from either side of the fifth wheel. At the front of this Cedar Creek, two steps up to the front living area are flanked by a desk and a closet. The wide open living area boasts a lounge chair and two slides with sofas directly opposite each other. The front wall features a fireplace and an entertainment center. Back on the main floor, the kitchen showcases a slide out with free standing table and chairs as well as a refrigerator and pantry. The opposite side of the fifth wheel has ample overhead cabinets and counter space along with a three burner range top with microwave overhead and a double kitchen sink. There is also an outside refrigerator for extra storage and easy access. The side aisle bath has a toilet, overhead cabinet, sink with vanity, medicine cabinet and a residential size shower with seat. At the back of the Cedar Creek 38RL you will find a large, private master bedroom featuring a slide with queen bed with shelves on either side. A king bed is optional. Opposite the foot of the bed is another slide out housing a double wardrobe with a TV mount area. There is also a closet to house your washer and dryer.
