We have really enjoyed this fifth wheel. It is truly a home away from home. Large fridge, satellite, dual AC units, and tankless hot water system really make this unit hard to let go. We have recently moved and need to transition to a Class A to better meet our needs. 2014 Forest River Cedar Creek 38FLWe are not a dealer!!! We are the original owners of this camper and it is excellent condition. It has every option that is availble and is ready to start the season. We were only able to use it about 6 times over the last two years. We are getting out of camping to put our daughter through collage so we will include everyting in the camper from the linens and towels, pots and pans, folding tables, hoses, eletricial cords, even tools and supplies(several thousands of dollars worth). A hitch can be thrown in too (mount is for a 2013 Chevrolet. This unit has fully automatic leveling (6 Point) with remote control. We can deliver if needed, but a deposit would need to be made in advance. Availble to show just about anytime. Title will be delivered within 7 days of sale. However, a commitment letter from our bank and bill of sale will be issued at the time of sale. Unit is financed through a major bank and can provide financing for this unit as low as 1.9%.
