2006 Keystone Raptor 3612 double slide 5th wheel toy hauler. Previous owner bought it new in 2007 and only used it 8 times in 8 years. It was used as a mobile disaster response claims office for an insurance company here in north Georgia. Unit was wrapped with the company logo immediately after purchase so the outer skin is like brand new - glossy and very nice. I have had 99% of the wrap removed but there is still a small area on the upper back and the above the slide areas. There is also some glue areas about the coach that can easily be removed with some elbow grease. Now for the good stuff - I bought this unit in June of this year. I pulled the hubs and inspected them and the brake assemblies/repacked the bearings. I bought 7 new heavy duty top-of-the-line trailer tires and had them installed. I had the unit inspected top to bottom by a local reputable RV shop. The original Onan 5500 generator was having issues due to non-use so I pulled the old unit and installed a brand new Onan 5500 - same rating, same output, only brand new and under factory warranty ($4800). I installed e-track in the floor of the garage area to secure my motorcycles and equipment. The RV shop tested all the appliances and found them all to be in excellent working condition - microwave, refrigerator, stove top, oven, water pump, electric and propane furnaces, electric and propane water heater, two roof mounted a/c units (one ducted for the entire RV including garage area) and one non-ducted unit in the forward bedroom area, kitchen sink, shower, bathroom sink, and toilet. Ceiling fan in living area. Queen sized bed in master with full size enclosed shower, sink and medicine cabinet as well as tons of dresser space for clothes, very large closet area in master, separate toilet area. Carpet in excellent condition - no rips, tears, frays, NADA. All holding tanks and valves in great condition, self-leveling rear jacks, front electric jacks, remote generator start, control panel, upper queen bunk with ladder and flat screen TV, flat screen TV and DVD player in living area, surround sound, nice wooden cabinets, tons of storage, 12 foot long x 8 foot wide garage area with beaver tail for easier loading, large upper cabinets for more storage, side entry door (has been previously pried open from thugs but fully functional now and no issues other than cosmetic), spring loaded rear ramp door (no cables coming down), ducted heat and a/c, cyclone fan with remote control, plenty of inside lighting, spotlights outside above rear ramp door, ladder to access roof, huge pass through storage, hydraulic slide system with brand new industrial strength hoses just installed, two brand new Interstate batteries, (2) 30 gallon propane tanks.
