This Raptor Toy Hauler is in excellent shape! Everything is working great and will be state inspected. Rear door to garage has been completely rebuilt with Aluminum for more durability and longer lifespan. This unit has 2 sliders - Queen size bed - sleep sofa for 2 - loft that sleeps 2 - cargo area sleeps 4 - table that converts into bed for 2 -. The kitchen has Pantry, oak cabinets, refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, sink with a new faucet, plenty of counter space, exhaust fan. There is a bathroom, full shower, sink and vanity area, and private toilet area. Black water storage is 40 gallons of water. Grey Water=70 gallons, with an additional grey water tank for shower of 35 gallons. Fresh water 110 gallons. Entertainment TV in bedroom. Another TV is located in main living area with surround sound and DVD player - stereo with 10 speakers and sub-woofer/amplifier -out door sound system - cable TV hookup - antenna - iPad hookup - plenty of storage and wardrobe area. Fully heated and air conditioned with two units. Garage has 2 storage cabinets with TV hook up. THIS TOY HAULER IS STUNNING! And so well built! It is in excellent condition inside and out! The garage is 12 ft deep in the back, so you can fit many toys! In the garage there are great storage cabinets. So you can easily use the garage as extra living and sleeping space. The garage also has great windows, so it is light and bright. The whole trailer is so beautiful with modern decor, and rich warm wood tones throughout. The living space has lots of windows, and sky windows to let in more natural light. The living space is wonderful with a dining booth and couch in the huge slide that totally opens up the living space. The couch and dining booth make out into beds. There is a queen LOFT BED as well, so you can sleep so many people. The kitchen is great! There is lots of counterspace with the countertop extension, and great storage in the kitchen including a nice pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with double door fridge/freezer, large double sink, 3-burner stove/oven, and microwave. The master bedroom is very nice with a walk around queen bed, big closet, and a large bank of drawers. There is a nice corner glass enclosed shower, big sink/vanity, and large private room for the commode. This fifth wheel is very open and spacious. In addition to the GENERATOR, there is also a FUEL STATION! There is a fully ducted air-conditioner and furnace. This trailer is a FOUR SEASONS INSULATED RV, meaning it is ready for the very cold or very hot weather, and will keep you comfortable any time of year. Also this fifth wheel has an ALL ALUMINUM FRAME! So it is lighter and more impervious. There is great outdoor storage. It has a great indoor/outdoor stereo system. It has awnings over every slide, and there is a big patio awning for all your outdoor fun! ........................GOT SAND?...
