The camping height is 8 feet 2 inches and the interior height is 6 feet 4 inches. It only weighs 865 pounds. The sleeping capacity is 5 - a trailer style queen bed, a trailer style twin bed and with the bench seats and table, a double bed. It has aluminum cabinets a pump sink/ 5 gallon fresh water tank. It also has: • Battery power converter/25 amps and 30 amp service connection • Electrical power converter than changes 119 power to 12 volt power to run 12 volt powered appliances. Circuit breakers and fuses protect the circuits in the trailer. • Auxiliary 12 volt electrical outlets are located inside the trailer in order to attach the included overhead lights/fans (for this use only). 2008 Jayco Jayfeather X23B White with blue and biege trim

We purchased this Jayco X23B to live in for three months during Covid and we loved it. Moving forward, we're going international, so it's time to pass it on to another great family. We replaced the front tent door this year with a new factory door, and both tents were also replaced with new factory tents this year as well. Everything is in good working order and the camper, overall, looks very clean. Included with the camper are a 30 foot 30amp extension chord, 50 to 30amp converter, sewage hose extension, water hoses, 30 gallon grey water roller tote tank, trailer hitch and ball with stabilizer bars, parking wedges, and tools for hookup, jacks, etc. We'll also include cookware and table settings for 8 so you're ready to go. The only blemish is the bottom hinge on the refrigerator door (the hinge is broken but the door still opens/closes and latches). The double axels make for a smooth tow. The wheel bearings were repacked this year. We installed bearing cartridges that are easier to swap out. We used this camper in weather that ranged from 30 to 90 degrees. Both the propane heater and the electric air conditioner allowed for quick and easy climate control. When electric was available, we used two mini plug in heaters to warm up each tent while sleeping, to save on propane. We'll throw in those heaters too. We found, in a Texas desert winter where nights hit 30, two propane tanks could get us through 3 days of heating and cooking. If using the electric heaters while sleeping, you can stretch them a lot longer. Additional specs from the owner's manual can be viewed in the photos in this listing. We loved this camper. For three months during Covid the kids did school in it alongside their working parents. In the afternoons and on the weekends, the deserts, beaches, and forests of Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and Michigan became our playgrounds. We hope our rolling home away from home finds its way to another family who will appreciate it as much as we have.
