This has been a full time live in for 4 years. 1 owner, this unit has every upgrade plus owner upgrades. All in 1 washer/dryer, central vac, roof heat plus furnace, fire place, king dome in motion satlite, thripple slide, corian countertops, upgraded high flow water system and pump. The belly has been made to a true 4 seasons, heating blankets on all 3 tanks, heat wrap on all water feed lines and separate electric heat for critical water line areas. This camper has been up in North WI winters with out any trouble at all. All pre wired for GEN, All new tires July of 2016, air ride 5th wheel adapter, roof is still under warranty. Outside fiberglass is in great shape but the vinyl graphics has some dry cracks. This unit has been pulled less than 15,000 miles.
