Living area features 2 recliners, sofa with pull out bed (new memory foam mattress), new ceiling speakers, 40" LED TV, Receiver with Bluetooth, Fireplace with heat or light. Kitchen as large microwave, Full size refrigerator, new faucet, and Corian counter tops, Center Vacuum is also located in kitchen. Bathroom can be fully closed off from main living area and Master, New sink faucet with Corian top, Large Shower with new faucet and shower head. Toilet is self-enclosed for privacy. Washer and Dryer are also located in the Bath. Master Bed fits a queen mattress with large center closets and two smaller closets off to each side. 19" TV with build in DVD player, all blinds in master are cordless black-out shades. Outside features automatic awing, large pass through storage. All appliances are in perfect working condition: Microwave, Refrigerator, stove, oven, water heater, central vac system.
