This has been a full time live in for 4 years. 1 owner, this unit has every upgrade plus owner upgrades. All in 1 washer/dryer, central vac, roof heat plus furnace, fire place, king dome in motion satlite, thripple slide, corian countertops, upgraded high flow water system and pump. This is an amazing fifth wheel that is very well built with true QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. It has soooo much storage built in throughout the trailer. The layout is wonderful. The decor is beautiful with warm and neutral colors throughout. The living room has a comfy recliner, and a cool chaise lounge style sectional couch. Both are placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center. The entertainment center has a FIREPLACE, lots of storage, and a dedicated desk area. The kitchen is great! There is a nice L-Shaped layout, so you have a GREAT AMOUNT OF KITCHEN STORAGE, AND A 4 DOOR FRIDGE! There is lots of storage in the kitchen including a nice pantry, the 4 door fridge/freezer, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave. The dining table is placed smartly next to the kitchen. There is a built in vacuum cleaner system. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed (please note if you prefer there is room for a king mattress), and tons of storage including a large closet, chest of drawers, and nice built ins. The bathroom is all in one private room, it can be easily seperated from the bedroom with the double sliding doors. It has a nice sink/vanity, cabinet space, big glass enclosed corner shower, second closet with washer dryer hook-ups, and the private water closet. This fifth wheel is very spacious. There is a fully ducted air-conditioner and heater. This trailer is a FOUR SEASONS INSULATED trailer with DUAL PANE WINDOWS!!!, meaning it is ready to keep you very comfortable in the cold and hot weather! It has an all ALUMINUM FRAME.
