2011 Forest River XLR 35X12 Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler with three slides, a 12 ft. garage and 102 in. wide body design. This is a beautiful unit that has been very well taken care of. It has everything you need to head out on some serious adventures. It has a large U-shaped dinette/sleeper sofa large enough to seat everyone with two stowable tables and two built in coolers and cup holders in each corner. There are skylights in the slide over the sofa and the center of the sofa unfolds to reveal an air mattress and it has an extra large storage drawer in the middle and two smaller storage drawers on the ends. The kitchen has a 1-piece radius cut vinyl floor, to eliminate lifting seams and cold cracking. It has a nice U-shaped counter with lots of prepping space and a double basin American Stonecast undermount kitchen sink with cover and single lever faucet with pull-out sprayer. The drawers have full extension ball bearing drawer guides to allow you to maximize your space and raised panel solid wood overhead cabinet doors offer lots of storage space. It’s equipped with a Halftime microwave/convection oven and three sealed burner stove top with hood and a Dometic 8 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer with black radius front panels. This unit has a ceiling fan, flush floor slide outs and recessed lighting with dimmer control switches. It also has a Vizio LCD HD TV, a Nesa AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3 player with auxiliary port and remote control and a Kicker amp & subwoofer. There is also a loft bed over the garage with cabinets and TV hook up and a wooden safety rail. The dual entrance bedroom has a queen walk around bed with underbed storage with gas struts for easy access, dual night stands, a flat screen TV and a mirrored wardrobe slideout with storage drawers. The side aisle bath is also dual entrance and has vanity lighting, sink with cabinet storage, medicine cabinet, foot flush porcelain toilet and a neo-angle garden tub/shower with a glass shower door and skylight. The 12 ft. garage has oil and gas resistant rubber floor and ramp door, 8 5,000 lb. steel reinforced D-ring tie downs, side “pop vents” for increased air flow, washer/dryer hookups, ducted A/C and heat for comfort, and a retractable Hid-N-Screen.Outside you have an A&E electric patio awning, an Onan 5500 generator with 270 hours, detachable exterior ladder, marine grade speakers, refrigerator, and a spacious pass through storage compartment. It also has a 15,000 BTU A/C, 35,000 BTU ducted furnace, dual 30 lb LP tanks, 12 gal gas/electric DSI water heater and a fully enclosed underbelly and termination valves. It’s constructed with a double welded aluminum frame with vacuum bonded laminated sidewalls and a high gloss gel coat fiberglass exterior for easy maintenance and resistance to UV rays as well as frameless, tinted safety glass windows and NitroFill 16” 2015 and 2016 radial tires with aluminum wheels.
