Pre-wired for a TV and washer/dryer. Stand alone stereo with inside and outside speakers. The ramp converts to a patio with awning and a screen. The central living area includes steps to a loft bed with TV hook-ups, a kitchen with an island bar which adds much to the storage capacity, a large seating area slide, a kitchen slide for range and fridge, a deep double stainless steel sink, an electric fireplace with heat. Entertainment consists of a sound system with a 300 watt amp, and a 40" Smart TV, and remote controls for all. Seating is a pair of recliners, a love seat that converts to a bed, and an island bar. To the front is a private central bathroom. Privacy is assured by a separate hallway path to the sleeping area. The bedroom has a queen bed furnished with a residential memory foam mattress.
