In the cargo area there is a pass-through dinette below an electric bed. Along one side of the cargo area you will find that it is TV and washer/dryer prepped. Off of the cargo area there is a convenient half bath. The loft also provides additional storage and sleeping space. And don't forget about the side man door making entry easy when the ramp door is closed.In the main living area you will find two slide outs, plus a corner entertainment center and cabinets on the outside of the half bath. The road side of the fifth wheel has a slide out with a 12 cu. ft. refrigerator, pantry, microwave, and three burner range. The L-shaped counter offers extra counter space and a double kitchen sink. Along the other side of the fifth wheel there is a second slide out with a recliner sofa.Stepping up the stairs just past the main entry door, the bathroom is on the left. I purchased this 30' Toy Hauler brand new in 2012. Since then, I have added some upgrades to make the experience more comfortable. I installed the Travl'r DirecTV satellite dish a year ago. This dish will locate the satellites automatically after you have settled into your spot. I did a makeover in the rear Toy Hauler area to make shelving and an area for a tv to hang. There is also a tv mount in the dining area. Both of these are NOT standard to the camper, and the camper did not come with a tv. In the kitchen and bathroom, I installed after market faucets. The factory ones are not that nice. It has a new water heater as of a year ago and a new air conditioner a year and a half ago. The new one is a 15,000 BTU which is better than the factory 13,500 or whatever it came with. The camper is ducted for heat and air conditioning as well. The camper was well maintained and was used regularly. These were not made to just sit 364 days per year and used only once a year. There are 3 separate rooms: the main living/kitchen/dinette room with access to the front bed, the bathroom in the middle, and the rear Toy Hauler "garage" area. They are all separated by doors.The rear Toy Hauler area has two, queen bunk beds that mechanically drop down for use or raise up out of the way. Motorcycles will fit under the beds. It has one slide-out for the dinette and that will convert to a bed. Overall, it will sleep 8 people. There are bunk beds for the garage that haven't been used. They're in my house and will go with the camper.
