The single-owner travel trailer is said to be in nice condition: the exterior has some scratches and dents but overall, in good condition. Owned by a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, this is a one-of-a-kind 28RLSS, and you will not see another like it. Cold weather package, Hot weather package, Long run propane package, Electrical Management System, HD Satellite dish ready, Cell - Internet boosting system ready, Solar Panel ready. A full-size mattress is available for an additional cost. Newer Goodyer and HI-RUN tires with less than 500 miles on them. The camper has 1500 miles on it, manufactured on 7/18. The seller installed two layers of 1.5" poly insulation board underneath the entire camper; some sections are thicker up to 4.5" and used banding straps to secure them. Water (cold and hot) lines have heated wire installed on all sections outside the unit; they are wrapped in foil/foam insulation and then wrapped in pipe insulation, with no water movement. The system is good down to 15-10*. Power comes into the EMS and will trip the contactor (30 amp) if the campground power is not correct, there is no ground, high/low voltage/frequency, etc. EMS and Invertor remote monitors above the bed, bypass override for EMS on the remote. 1200W Xantrics Invertor runs the refrigerator and the blower for the central heating. The stock battery was 500 amp, and the seller installed battery trays and 2 -1000-amp batteries (4-21). New RecPro RV convertor-60-amp with battery charger (9-22). The slide-out floor in these campers is made of particle board, and the seller had a large recliner and some weight on the floor, and it started sagging. The seller replaced the floor with two solid pieces of plywood and treated them with three coats of Thompson water seal and two coats of black fence post paint. The interior is in very good condition with no tears, seam separations, stains, or odors. Overall very clean and well-kept. The original recliners were replaced with one newer full-size leather recliner. The entire interior of the camper is painted with high-quality Pittsburgh interior paint for easy cleaning.
