This 5th wheel toy hauler has (2) slide outs, triple axles and a 12' garage area! Not to mention a TON of super nice features such as the partial body paint, a 5500 Onan generator, a fueling station and much more!! The 37X12SA floor plan has a queen bed slide in the master bedroom which gives you a huge double door front wardrobe and a nice size dresser for folded clothes at the foot of the bed. It also has a master bedroom TV and a 2nd A/C in the master bedroom. It has a side aisle bathroom with a NEO angled shower with a glass surround, a porcelain foot flush toilet, a fantastic fan, a sink with underneath storage and a lighted medicine cabinet. Mom's really going to like the privacy this bathroom has! It has a super slide on the off door slide that Forest River calls a Cathedral slide which has a peak in the center which not only gives you more headroom, but it really helps with water run off. This slide has a hide-a-bed sleeper sofa towards the front of the slide and a booth dinette towards the rear. The entertainment center is located on the bathroom wall which everyone can see without looking over someones shoulder. It has a 32" Vizio LCD TV, an 8" Kicker sub woofer, and an AM/FM/CD DVD player. It also has a ton of cabinets and storage space where the entertainment center is!
