2012 Winnebago Adventurer 35P has newer tires (DOT 5022), recently serviced, and ready for the road. The outside shows normal wear, a couple of dings, and scratches (photoed). The roof appears to be in very good condition. The inside is clean, with no odors, and the overlay on the bathroom cabinet is peeling (also photoed). Stock #375506 2012 Adventurer 35P, Newer Tires, Low Miles, Plumbed For W/D, Ready for the Road! 2012 Adventurer 35P (by Winnebago) is a Class A offering three slide-outs, front living with a booth dinette and sofa sleeper. A large TV with DVD players off the kitchen facing the living area. Mid kitchen offers plenty of countertop space, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, and convection microwave. The pantry can house a combo unit washer/dryer (photo of the area where the cutout would be). The bedroom has a large closet, dresser, TV, and overhead storage. Very clean unit; meticulously maintained. Pet-free and smoke-free. Odor-free. No cosmetic damage to any countertops or sofa. Upholstery is in very good condition as well. There is some wear showing on the paint on top of the RV, front and rear, but otherwise, the paint appears to be in very good condition, with minimal signs of wear. Tires will need to be replaced. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm the unit's condition before purchase.
