2012 Winnebago Adventurer 35P has newer tires (DOT 5022), recently serviced, and ready for the road. The outside shows normal wear, a couple of dings, and scratches (photoed). The roof appears to be in very good condition. The inside is clean, with no odors, and the overlay on the bathroom cabinet is peeling (also photoed).
