2016 Riverside Retro White Water 177se for sale. Exceptional condition. Smoke free. New tires, new sub-flooring, recent sealing, new locks/keys, new axle bearing pack (see invoice for details). 19 feet long and 8 feet wide. Weighs 2980 pounds. One axle, which is new. We sadly just don’t use it enough and are looking to sell it. Every surface has been cleaned and washed. It comes with sway bars and hitch, drill to lower/raise stabilizers, hose and other parts that can be seen in pictures. The awning is also included, however the stove cover and comforter are not included. The table folds into a single bed, as needed. Lots of storage. AC, kitchen, fridge/freezer, microwave, heater and bathroom all work perfectly. Exceptional overall condition. Only a dent near front window and skid mark on back side (both are pictured). Completely restored vintage 1956 Holly Camper. This camper was restored down to the frame work. New framing, sub flooring, insulation, wiring and Pex plumbing. All birch wood paneling was replaced and tongue oiled. Windows were restored, new glass where it was missing. Plank flooring layed then hand painted to the 50s floor patterned style. Every cabinet is original, sanded, stripped down and tongue oiled. Custom scalloped booth sofa with built in outlets, perfect for lighting or charging electronics. Handmade spanish pink tiles in kitchen. Poured epoxy countertop. Original sink under-mounted with brass faucet. Under cabinet LED strip lighting with remote. Original Dixie stove restored and tested, and original Marvel fridge completely restored, works like a gem! New 4 gallon Bosch electric water heater. Newly built twin sofa bed made to concert into full size bed and push to open glide drawers under bed for that needed storage. Original built-in vanity table with cubbies. Two closet spaces, both with hanger rods for clothes. Door to close off bedroom from front area. Bathroom has new tile backer board with water proof membrane and hand layed mosaic floor tiles. Copper wall paneling. New commode, brass handheld shower wand and sink faucet. Vintage cast iron garden sink to complete vintage bathroom. Brass double light fixture with original medicine cabinet. Exterior has rare double doors with original locks and handles. Camper was completely stripped and painted. All new septic plumbing with new valve. New tow wiring with new exterior lighting. 110 volt outside outlet. New tires and chrome hubcaps. The frame has been enamel coated. New propane tanks with selector valve.
