The trailer was a special order 2016 that includes an outside shower and matching aluminum spare tire. Everything works and is in excellent condition. Garage kept. TV, stereo, A/C, Norcold fridge, solar ready. Replaced standard front storage box with a black diamond plated 24x48 toolbox. Also changed tongue jack to a side mounted swing jack. Comes with a memory foam mattress topper and Paha Que 10x10 tent/screen room with rug.
