This trailer is in excellent condition. It has had all maintenance service and is winterized every November. We are selling because of health issues. We added an electric tongue jack with light. It has an 18' electric awning, 2 axles, 2 folding entry steps, door enters into the kitchen, 13,500 a/c new in August of 2016, 2 roof vents with covers-1 with an electric fan, 6 windows with blinds or shades for cross ventilation, bracket for gas grill, outdoor stereo speakers, electric outlet, outside shower and plenty of outside storage. The front compartment goes the width of the trailer with access on both sides. It has 1 electric slide out with an additional manual handle. Capacity of holding tanks- fresh water-28.5 gal., gray tank-45 gal., and black tank-30.5 gal. Propane-2 -20 lb. tanks with cover. Hot water heater-6 gal quick recovery works on electric or gas. Hitch weight is 645 lbs. There is a queen size bed, quilted spread and shams and under bed storage, tv hookup, heat, a/c and roof vents, 2 windows, overhead lighting, sliding door and plenty of storage in the front bedroom. The kitchen has a double sink, window, 3 burner stove with cover, oven, microwave, L-shaped counter, 12V demand water pump, and plenty of cabinet and drawer storage space, and a Norcold model N611, 6 cubic ft. 1500 BTUH refrigerator with separate freezer that runs on electric or gas. Auto-ignition furnace with wall thermostat to camp all year. The sofa folds down to a double bed. The dinette area has a large picture window, crank roof antenna, storage under both seats and the table folds down to a bed. There are both Standard built in digital TV, am/fm/cd/dvd player was replaced in June of 2015. The bathroom has a tub/shower with skylight, medicine chest, fan/roof vent, vanity with open shelf, sink with cabinet, toilet and huge 3' wide x 4' long wardrobe with custom removeable shelving and clothes bar. We have all the manuals.
