Two separate bedrooms w/doors and closets, two sets of bunk beds in back, master suite w/Q size bed in front. Kitchen table and sofa convert to beds. Lot's of built in storage. Full kitchen, 4 burner stove, oven, refigerator/freezer, microwave, double sink, wooden cabinets. Refrigerator operates on electric and gas. Entertainment center includes AM/FM/CD stereo, full cable hook-up. Full bathroom, tub/shower, sink with vanity and cabinets, skylight, 10 gallon hot water heater. Central AC and heat. Camper is 30 Amp service. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Fresh, grey and black water tanks with montoring system to indicate how full tanks are. All tanks are 40 gallon each. 12'x25' foot awning creates shaded outdoor living space. Includes leveling jacks, sway bars. Trailer tires are 3 years old, batteries are 2 years old. Very welll maintained. Owners are non-smokers. No pets.

Beautiful one time owner Citation travel trailer. 33 foot w/large center living room slide out. Extra tall ceilings. Central Air/Heat works great. Master bedroom off to right with large walk in octagonal shower with skylight, sink and plenty of storage for towels and sheets on side of sink and side of shower. Four more draws and tons of storage over the sink and under. Great bunk area on other side to left of kitchen with a double bed and twin over. Kids have own entertainment center area where they can view their own tv and a very large clothing storage unit facing the bunks, with seven draws and in their own room! Add a curtain to draw on the circular curtain rod already installed and it separates the kids room from the kitchen and living area! Or, leave it open ... up to you! Kitchen has large fridge, microwave and gas stove and large sink. Table folds down to sleep two more and the couch is a pull out futon! Sleeps 9 comfortably. Majority of windows have special blinds - two fold. All the bells and whistles!We bought brand new and have had many years of wonderful fun! Sad to sell but kids have grown and time to share with another family. Includes a FULL SCREEN IN PORCH (valued at 1500.00 alone!) - that was barely used and will extend your living space significantly! Bought new for about $26,000 inclusive.
