It saves me a few bucks to list it for 7 days, and since we're not making anything on it at this price...we're saving every penny we can! And no - offering to buy it outside of eBay won't save you a cent. I pay my fees when an item is LISTED, not when it's SOLD - since you're reading this, it means I've paid my fees already, so you might as well just click that button and buy it! For all you "rock bottom" shoppers out there...THIS is your unit! No bidding, no haggling, the price shown here is as low as it's going to get. All of this doesn't mean it's a "bad" unit...it's just housecleaning time on our fully-packed lot. This camper has been here for a while, for one reason or another (color, age, weight, layout, whatever), and with all the fresh trade-ins we're getting it's time for us to make some space. That means...YOU get to SAVE MONEY. This little Dutchmen Lite is one solid, clean, neat-as-a-pin little camper. They were taking great care of it, and it shows! Inside and out, everything is clean and straight and in excellent working order. If you're looking for a great couples' coach that won't break the bank, and doesn't require a super-heavy duty tow vehicle...this could be just what you need! Read below for more details about the inside and outside of this great little camper! This is a lot of nice camper, for not a lot of money...and it's ready to hit the campgrounds as soon as you pick it up from our lot! The inside of this Dutchmen is CLEAN. There are zero odors, no stains, no ripples, I didn't even see any dust! The cabinets look great, the appliances are working properly, the upholstery is perfect, and it's a great little layout! The rear bathroom is HUGE, the kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, the fridge is nice and big, the dinette is close for easy serving, the sofa is in a slideout for extra space, and the front bedroom is nice and private with a half-wall and privacy curtain. It's not huge, it's not "too big", but there's plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. There's no carpet to worry about, everything is vinyl flooring and it's in great shape (and easy to keep clean!). The colors are really nice too - whoever gets this camper is going to be very happy. The outside of this Dutchmen is just as nice as the inside. As you can see in the photos, the awning looks great and it's HUGE - nearly the whole length of the trailer!! We haven't found any signs of body damage at all - the walls are straight and smooth, the colors look great, the graphics are in nice shape, it has four excellent condition tires on it, the glass looks good, and there's a nice diamondplate stone guard up front in case your tow vehicle kicks up any debris while you're towing. There's even a POWER tongue jack on it, with nice LED hookup lights - it looks like it may be brand new this season, it works great and the black paint is nice and dark and shiny, with no fading at all. One thing I noticed on the outside - the owners were DEFINITELY taking care of resealing the camper on a regular basis. They weren't too neat and tidy about it in some spots, but I always say "ugly sealant is better than no sealant". The fact they were doing the maintenance is probably WHY the interior looks so good on this camper! The only three spots that showed any signs at all of water leaks are inside the three doors on the entry side - front cargo door, entry door, and rear cargo door. They can't really seal them shut, and it looks like some water (very little, we really had to poke and dig to find these) got around the door seals. Nothing is really "soft", but there are some ripples in the cargo areas and if you shove your toe all the way in the corner between the entry door and the fridge cabinet, you can feel just a hint of bubbling there too. Again - we had to hunt to find these spots. If I didn't tell you about them, you'd probably never find them on your own, at least not any time soon. But, I like to tell people about these things - not only so you know what you're buying, but also so you know what areas you need to pay special attention to when it comes to maintenance. This is a NICE camper - there's no reason to slack off on maintenance, and if you can get a good jump on re-sealing the seams and checking your door seals, you'll go a long way to KEEPING this camper as nice as it is, for years and years of fun!.
