The Fleetwood Tioga Montara 31M is a familiar model that has earned the praises of thousands of its owners. With two power-retractable slides, the floor plan is spacious and welcoming. Starting at the front, you'll find a large 54"x 80" bed above the driver and passenger area. This bed sleeps two adults comfortably. Moving to the rear, the 42" x 74" dinette is roomy and accommodating, and converts to sleeping for two more adults. Next to the dinette is the large refrigerator/freezer, which operates on electricity or propane. Directly across from the dinette is a 32"x 54" sofa. As you continue, rearward is the double kitchen sink, generous counter space, and a three-burner stove. Beneath the stove is a sizeable oven. The previous owners painted the interior white to lift the overall lightness in the RV with green to some doors. All have recently been touched up to remove the minor scuffs and scratches built up over time. The previous owners also had extensive sealing done all over the RV, and consequently, there were no leaks. They also replaced the canvases on the side awning and awning above the slide. Both are in good condition. As far as the current owners know, no one has smoked in the RV, and no pets have lived in it. All the tires are relatively new with plenty of tread left on them. Additionally, the engine oil has been changed recently. Stock #391849 2011 Fleetwood Tioga Montara 25K with one slide-out! This 2011 Fleetwood Tioga Montara 25K has recently completed an 8-month tour around the US and Canada. The time has come to pass this wonderful RV onto another adventurous couple or family. The TV over the bed has been taken down as the current owners never used it, but it can easily be re-hung if required. The kitchen features a three-burner stovetop, RV oven, and microwave above. There is an RV-size fridge/freezer and numerous storage cupboards and drawers. The bathroom has an RV flush toilet next to a shower with a curtain. Outside the bathroom is the wash basin with a mirrored cupboard above and more storage below.
